How much do you charge for delivery & handling?

Standard Delivery

dStore delivers Australia Wide. For standard delivery we charge a flat freight and handling fee of ONLY $6.95 PER ORDER regardless of how many items you purchase in a single transaction. Please note that this does not cover some technology and electronics products - these are delivered by courier (see below).

dStore deliver across the country using a combination of the Australia Post's ELADS and various courier services. Most orders can be tracked and traced at all points of delivery.

Parcels may be dispatched from different locations depending on the product. For more information on delivery times, please click the 'View Delivery Times' link on any product page.

Courier Delivery (Computers, IT products and Electronics)

The majority of products in our Computers and Electronics departments are dispatched by courier.   Appropriate charges will be calculated and applied at the check-out; the current standard price is $14.95 per order.

Air Express Delivery

dStore is excited to offer an Air Express delivery service in the DVD, Gifts, Toys, Games, Gadgets, Computers and Lifestyle departments!

If you order before 11am AEST, next day delivery* can be arranged using Australian Air Express to capital cities and some rural areas (remote areas may take a little longer). Charges are calculated by weight and distance at the Parcel Options stage of the checkout.
