Cool, but practical? Maybe....
The watch itself is pretty cool looking, in a "retro" way. There are however issues with it as an "every day" watch to wear - for example:
* it's not waterproof (they don't even claim it to be water resistant... it's probably OK washing your hands, as long as you avoid pressing the buttons for a while if the watch gets splashed, but definitely not something to wear swimming)
* You have to press a button, and hold that button for a second, to view the time - and press another button to toggle through day/date/etc... and the buttons are quite stiff to press. This is of course intentional to save the battery, but it makes it a bit harder to quickly check the time.
* The time is a bit harder to work out at a glance (compared not just with a standard analogue watch, but also with an LCD display), although you can adjust the brightness of the LEDs eg for daylight/night (or as the box says, "Easy to read in the drak")
On the plus side - appears to be well made, decent quality leather band, uses a standard CR2032 battery that can be replaced using a standard jeweller's screwdriver.... and of course, looks cool.
In short - good value and recommended, as long as you can accept the "quirks" of the design.
