There are a lot of sick people in this world. Firstly, there are those with minds so warped, they'd invent something as puerile as a pencil sharpening device that involves inserting your pencil into a feline's rear-end and then having that device emit a rather troubled Meow. Then there's us, who sell it. And then there's all of you, who buy it.
Actually, we're both just innocent victims really, you and us. And honestly, if we could stop laughing long enough – we'd probably protest against the Cat's Bum Pencil Sharpener. But unfortunately, that's impossible - it seems we just can't keep the stationery cabinet stocked with enough pencils – and the one's we do have are all about two inches long.
Whilst not in use, it looks like a rather charming decorator piece for cat lovers. It's only when your lead snaps that you discover the eye-widening truth about this desk accessory. Or perhaps Sylvester said it best with the phrase – Thuffering Thocatash!.

Drive your own cat crazy while you sharpen your pencils!
This is the ideal small gift for someone who has everything, including a sense of humour, and, preferably, a cat or two! The pathetic mewing as the cat has a pencil inserted in its anal orifice reduces strong men to helpless laughter - and utterly confuses any live felines withing about 20m range!
I have bought these as small gifts for all my family and friends, and they have never failed to fascinate and delight.
