The waters of Sydney Harbour, Broken Bay, Hawkesbury River, Cowan Creek, Brisbane Waters and Pittwater.

Session Length:

Tours are a minimum of 6 hours in duration. Available 7 days, subject to availability.

Guidelines:

Minimum age 7 years. Flyfishing clients are generally required to have a basic grasp of fly-casting. You do not need to be a gun caster but should have a grasp of the basic principles and be able to have basic loop control. Non-fly anglers will use spinning rods and do not need prior experience.

Dress Code:

Light, long sleeved shirts with good sun protection and a collar are advised, as well as light, long pants. A waterproof spray jacket and warm layers including gloves and beanie (for cooler months) a hat, sunglasses and lace less slip on shoes (for fly anglers only).

Other Info:

Feel free to bring your own tackle and equipment if you wish to. We also have a high resolution DSLR camera to capture photos for you, but feel free to bring your own camera as well. Breakages and loss of supplied gear to be at your cost.

Join one of Sydney?s most experienced saltwater fly-fishing guides for a day of fly-fishing and lure fishing. Forget the idea of sitting back and waiting for the fish to bite. Your guide, Justin will take you to the action where you will be skilfully guided.

Kingfish, Tuna, Australian Salmon, Tailor and a host of other surface fish all call Sydney home for all or part of the year. Whilst Justin encourages ?catch and release? fishing, you are more than welcome to take your catch home. You will find that on almost every trip, we will catch or hook fish regardless of your experience. Even if you have never tried fly-fishing then lure fishing is an alternative; perfect for the beginner through to advanced.

Your boat is a custom-built 5 metre Quintrex sports fishing boat. The vessel is stable and dry with full commercial safety survey and all relevant accreditation.

Justin is a Sage endorsed guide which ensures the rod locker is stacked with a full range of Sage fly rods and reels (considered the worlds leader in fly-fishing technology).

A day out with Justin will include all licenses, snacks and refreshments as well as all tackle and equipment. However, you are welcome to bring your own on the day of your experience.

Spending the day aboard is more than just a fishing trip, Justin is a great communicator who?s effusive knowledge will ensure you learn a host of tricks and skills and maybe even catch a few fish as well.
