Other Info:
Some vehicles may struggle to reach the lodge particularly in wet weather. We recommend a 4WD transfer in wet weather. Secure parking is available at the beginning of the unsealed road. Please call in advance to arrange transfers if you do not own a 4WD vehicle or to enquire about road conditions.

The price quoted is for one person. We can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in the restaurant.

    With customers travelling from Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Warwick and other surrounding areas to experience this amazing feast, the lunch experience allows guests to soak up the stunning wilderness atmosphere whilst indulging in sumptuous cuisine.

    The personalised nature flows through to the world-class dining facilities, where the menus reflect the modern diversity of Australian culture supported by an extensive wine list.

    For that memorable day out, highlighted by a long, leisurely lunch, you will indulge in a seven course degustation menu all matched perfectly with wine from the cellar list.

    Specialties include barramundi fillet with green peas, pancetta & fennel salad; lamb loin with cabbage, beetroot & sweet potato crisp; swordfish with tapenade, sautéed cauliflower, quail eggs and bread crumbs; quail with hummus, grapes, preserved lemons and parsley and kangaroo with pickled cabbage, beetroot & roasted cherry tomatoes are some of the examples included in the degustation menu.

    The restaurant recently claimed its second-successive Best Fine Dining Restaurant / Restaurant of the Year & the coveted House of Hospitality Award.
